Prime Minister ScoMo has announced that his Government will strike a new medal to be awarded on Australia day, currently January 26th to commemorate the ongoing culture wars that his Government is fighting.
“I think it’s time that we Aussies take a moment to remember those who have fought long and hard in the culture wars,” said the Prime Minister. “I mean it’s not just me and Peter Dutton fighting the lefties we do have reinforcements.’
“For instance our General rallying the troops Rupert Murdoch needs a medal, along with his Field Marshall Andrew Bolt and of course who could forget our mascot little Piersy Akerman.”
When asked whether anyone from the left side of politics would be considered for an award ScoMo replied: “Ha, after world war two we didn’t give Hitler a medal or Goering so why would give some inner-city trendy who wants to ban meat or worse move Australia day a medal.”
“Now if you’ll excuse me I’m off to shout at a vegan.”
