The chance to determine the government of the great state of Queensland comes only once every four years. It is crucial that, when voters are presented with this determination that they do so with a view to ensure a stronger and more prosperous Queensland for all Queenslanders.
It recent weeks opinion polling could best be described as uncertain, it is unclear even whether Premier Campbell Newman will hold his own electorate of Ashgrove. In these uncertain times the people of Queensland needs the leadership of someone who has consistently proven themselves to be a forceful and reliable advocate for Queensland, it is for these reasons The (un)Australian believes that the Katter Australian Party should be elected to government this Saturday.
Queensland needs a government that is focused on the job at hand; the Newman government is more focused on fighting great, patriotic Australians like Alan Jones in court, than it is with fighting for the interests of Queensland.
Queensland needs a government that represents ordinary Australians from simple backgrounds. The Labor Opposition leader is called Anastasia, think of ordinary everyday Queenslander’s like Mal Meninga, he can barely pronounce her name, let alone write it on a ballot paper.
At a time when the specter of corruption casts an ever growing shadow across NSW, just south of the boarder, Queenslanders cannot afford to be idle. Queensland needs someone who has firsthand experience with corruption and as a former Minister in the Bjelke-Petersen government, Bob Katter has that experience.
Only Bob Katter and his Katter Australian Party can deliver Queensland the standard of government it deserves.
