Unemployed Celebrity Chef and aspiring immunologist Pete Evans is said to be conflicted over the concept of the Channel 10 show The Masked Singer, telling friends that he was unsure whether he would accept an offer to appear on the show after producers told him he would have to wear a mask.
“Pete is in two minds about the offer to appear on The Masked Singer as he really needs a gig at the moment and a show as popular as that would help him immensely flog off his latest new age $15k hippie light thing,” said an acquaintance of the Celebrity Chef. “However, being told to wear a mask is not really part of the whole Pete Evans brand.”
“Unless of course it’s a $15k crystal infused covid fighting mask that Pete himself happens to be selling.”
When approached for comment on their decision to offer celebrity chef Pete Evans a spot on the show, the producers of The Masked Singer said: ”We can’t confirm or deny that an offer has been made to Mr Evans.”
“Our show strives to have the best talent that we can source, I mean last year we did have Brett Lee and Wendell Sailor.”
“Who will we have this year, you’ll just wait and see.”
Channel 10’s The Masked Singer will debut on the network in the coming weeks. Pete Evans can be seen daily on obscure social media sites spruiking his latest weird arse conspiracy theory.
