Australia’s Domestic Violence Perpetrators have this week gathered and decided to name Sky News host Andrew Bolt their man of the year. The award comes after Bolt went out of his way to platform and defend convicted wife beater Avi Yemani.
”This Bolt chap is alright,” said the Group’s Spokesperson. ”He went above and beyond when Cardinal Pell was accused of kiddie fiddling and now he’s seeking to absolve Avi of his wife beating sins.”
”Top bloke, I even hear that he got in a few phone books for Avi to sit on so he could see over the desk.”
When reached for comment on his award from the Domestic Violence Perpetrators, Andrew Bolt said: ”What an absolute honour, judging by my ratings I didn’t think anyone watched the show.”
”But this award proves that at least two creeps tune in regularly.”
”I shall put the award on my mantle piece right below my life size portrait of Cardinal Pell. I tell you every time I see the Cardinal he just touches me.’
