Low-rating cable channel, Sky News Australia, has taken time out from celebrating the cancelation of Jimmy Kimmel to demand that children’s TV show, Sesame Street, be the next show on the chopping block as they feel the character Ernie, an orange Muppet is clearly a dig at President Trump.
”These leftists need to be put back in their box,” said Sky News’ lowest rated host, Rita Panahi. ”How dare they mock our dear leader Donald Trump.”
”He is a very healthy shade of orange.”
When asked how a character, Ernie, created in the 1970’s could be used to mock President Trump, low-rating Panahi said: ”Haven’t you seen Back to the future, these leftists know how to time travel and will stop at nothing in order to mock our dear leader.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to write a column that condemns the left’s cancel culture and then attend a protest demanding that the ABC be shut down.”
