Dutton Promises To Come Out Swinging In Fadden By-Election

Opposition leader Peter Dutton has promised to come out swinging in the upcoming Fadden by-election. The statement came after the Queensland LNP selected former partner swapper Cameron Caldwell as it’s candidate.

”I’m hoping my candidate will inspire the Nation to consider taking a break from Albo and maybe seeking out a new Daddy to lead the Nation,” said the Opposition leader. ”I am sure that I will make a good Daddy, more a discipline Daddy than Albo.”

”But, I will only discipline those that deserve it.”

When asked why the LNP was happy to run a candidate that they had previously disendorsed, the Dark Lord said: ”We in the Coalition believe in a second or in some, like Barnaby Joyce a third or even fourth chance.”

”Besides, what our candidate allegedly did was in the past. Just like Stuart Robert and robodebt and all other things people on our side of politics got up to that people didn’t like.”

”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I must be off, as our new candidate has invited me to a mixer and asked if I could bring along a bowl and a set of keys.”
