Coalition Senator, Linda Reynolds, has directed her team of lawyers to go after the winner of last night’s $100 million dollar Powerball. Claiming that the she had been deprived of the winning ticket.

She also instructed her team of lawyers to also throw another lawsuit at Brittany Higgins, just in case she also had purchased a ticket.

”Linda was sure that she was destined to win that Powerball,” said a confidant of the Senator. ”And when she woke up this morning to find out she didn’t win, well, she was devastated.”

”So, of course the only thing to do was to try and sue the winner.”

When asked why the Senator was seemingly more focused on the courts than her job as an Australian Senator, the confidant said: ”Linda and her family believe that all Australians firmly believe in Linda.”

”The country wants what’s best for Linda and if that’s suing someone into bankruptcy then so be it.”
