The glue industry has issued a strongly worded press release today attacking the dog food industry for taking all the best deceased race horses and leaving them with the also-rans.
“It’s time that the dog food industry got off it’s high horse and came to the table to work with us so that we can both get our fair share of dead horses to process,” said a glue industry Spokesperson. “It’s not like we are facing a shortage of horses but we are sick of getting the scraps.”
“Where’s our Winx, Makybe Diva or at the very least Winx’s brother?”
When reached for comment the dog food industry dismissed the glue industries calls, saying: “I don’t know what they are complaining about, they only need the hooves and teeth we use the whole horse.”
“They need to calm down and take this conversation out of the media and behind closed doors where it belongs.”
“Now if you’ll excuse me I’m off to Flemington to pick up a delivery.”
