Joyce Calls For A Royal Commission Into Why Channel 7 Didn’t Shout Him A Rub N’ Tug

The opposition’s shadow minister for home affairs, Barnaby Joyce, has demanded that the Government launch a Royal Commission into why Channel 7 shouted alleged rapist, Bruce Lehrmann a rub n’ tug and not him.

”What sort of World do we live in when a man going through a marriage breakdown is just given cash for an interview and no happy ending.” said the member for New England. ”I went through hell at that time, heck they made me adhere to a bonk ban.”

”I checked the fine print and rub n’ tugs were not mentioned in the bonk ban.”

When asked whether he felt it was appropriate that a news channel was paying cash and other inducements for interviews, the shadow minister for home affairs said: ”It’s appalling, if they’re going to give one person a rub n’ tug they should give everyone a rub n’ tug.”

”What sort of a World do we live in when a member of parliament isn’t treated to the same standard as a former bloody staffer.”

”All this talk of being robbed of a rub n” tug has made me feel stressed, what I wouldn’t give right now for some relief.”

”You guys don’t pay for interviews do you?”
