Low rating ”news” station, Sky News Australia, has dedicated the week to trying to convince Opposition leader, Peter Dutton, to stop pandering to the centre and move the party to the extremely hard right.
”Peter needs to look at what happened in the UK, Nigel Farage, that cheeky devil, grabbed 5 whole seats, that’s almost double the amount of people who watch my show,” said Sky News host Andrew Bolt. ”So come on Peter, let’s hear more about nuclear, more about national service and dare I say it corporal punishment.”
”The kiddies would learn better at school with the threat of a solid beating hovering over their head.”
When asked why he feels that Peter Dutton should follow the lead of Farage who grabbed 5 seats rather than Labor who won with over 400 seats, Andrew Bolt said: ”Did Labor really win?”
”A lot of people I hear sayin g that Farage was the real winner of the election.”
”Why all Peta, Paul and Rita have been talking about is Nigel this and Farage that. No mention of Labor at all.”
”In fact I met a few of Paul Murray’s old school chums and they gave him the lovely nickname of Nigel no mates, that’s how much he speaks of Nigel Farage.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to try and convince Petey Dutton to have his left arm amputated.”
