The Queensland Liberal/National Party (LNP) have today announced plans to desex the cast of popular TV show Bluey, should they win the upcoming election.

”I’m sure the people of Queensland will agree that it is time to take back the autonomy that people and animals have with their bodies,” said an LNP Spokesperson. ”We need to follow the lead of our dear friends in America, where Women and animals reproductive rights are decided by those who know best.”

When asked why the LNP was concerned with the reproductive rights of women and animals, instead of the cost of living and crime, the LNP Spokesperson said: ”Call us old fashioned but we think if Women spent more time at home with their children then things might be a bit better.”

”As for Bluey, that show sets unrealistic expectations for men.”

”Every episode the Dad dog is spending time with his kids, playing games. That’s not right, he should be out at the TAB or down at the pub working over the pokies.”

”Like a real man.”
