What’s left of the Greens political party have called upon the Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, to join them on the lawns of parliament house for a drum circle in order to hash out the recent defection of Senator Cox to the Labor party.
”Albo needs to join us in the circle so we can hash this all out,” said a Greens Spokesperson. ”Áll this negative energy with the defections and elections is not good for the soul.”
”Know what I mean?”
When asked whether the negative tactics that the party used in the last term of parliament was the reason for their loss of support and Senators, the Greens Spokesperson said: ”We’re not negative we just don’t do stuff unless we get what we want.”
”Look, Albo’s a DJ, he should work with us and together we can change the World.”
”Or at least we can get some better tunes playing in the elevators around parliament house.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to get the drums out of storage for the circle, hope Albo is ready to bongo.”
