Prime Minister for Sydney Scott Morrison has asked his alleged colleague Christian Porter to cover for him on Day 2 of the National Women’s Summit, after the PM delivered the keynote address on Day 1.
”Today was a lot of fun. I hope the ladies enjoyed it. However, tomorrow is looking a little busy, so I asked Christian if he could tag in for me,” said the PM. ”Christian is a bit of a ladies man from what I gather, so I think he’ll go down well.
When asked whether he felt it was really appropriate for himself and Mr Porter to be addressing a National Women’s summit, the PM said: ”I reject the premise of your question, Mr Speaker.”
”I have a wife and two daughters, no to mention a Mum. Trust me when I say this – I know women.”
”Besides, what I don’t know or understand, Jen can fill me in on later.”
”As for Christian. well, the ladies are lining up to chat to him. Sure, mostly in court but, still, what a ladies man!”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have an important meeting with my deputy PM. He’s keen to talk to me about women.”
