Former Australian Minister for innovation/health/treasury/energy and part-time Prime Minister Scott Morrison, has thanked French President Emmanuel Macron for the text he sent him during this morning’s Australia V France World Cup game.
”Was great to hear from Emmanuel, nice little bit of banter going on, though I’m not sure what the photo was that he sent me,” said the former part-time PM. ”It did kind of look like a blurry picture of the Eiffel tower on it’s side, but, I’m not sure about the bulge underneath.”
”Maybe they’re doing some reno work and they’ve tarped it off, who knows.”
When asked whether he had any regrets over his time as Prime Minister, the former PM said: ”Non, rien de rien………sorry had a song stuck in my head.”
”No, I regret nothing that I have done, well maybe I could’ve been less of a bulldozer at Engadine Maccas back in the 90’s but hey that whole mess got cleaned up.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I hear the Socceroos are playing Denmark next, might go and send a few cheeky tweets Princess Mary’s way.”
