Dutton Promises A Return Of The White Australia Policy If Elected

Opposition leader Peter Dutton, buoyed by the boost in polls he has received after spending weeks trashing the Voice, has told colleagues that he will look to win the next election with his signature policy, a return of the white Australia policy.

”I think most Australians will agree with me that multi-culturalism has not worked and it’s time that we all worked together to make things white again,” said the member for Dixon. ”We need to go back to when the only food sold in a food courts were white bread sandwiches and whatever fad burger we had imported to us from America.”

”I don’t want a nasi goreng, no matter how appealing the first half of the name sounds.”

When asked why he was seemingly looking to burn down Australia just so he could rule the ashes, the Opposition leader said: ”Well, what do you expect me to do, cheer on the Government?”

”Should I maybe occasionally support their initiatives and propose positive policies for the future of the country?”

”Come on, an Opposition’s job is to tear the Government down, spread fear and loathing which is amplified through the media, in an ultimate quest to return to power.”

”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to boo Anthony Albanese. I hear he’s off to visit some sick kids.”
