The LNP, fresh off wrecking the Voice referendum has proposed a new referendum on whether to recognise trust fund baby Gina Rinehart as current custodian of the Nation.
”Gina gives us so much and asks for so little in return,” said an LNP Spokesperson. ”It’s time we as a country gave something back to her.”
”I mean we should build a statue of her, but you know, the price of bronze is quite high at the moment.”
When asked why the Coalition was seemingly fawning over an ”elite” billionaire like Rinehart, the LNP Spokesperson said: ”Gina’s not elite, she’s one of us.”
‘”Why just the other day we were all hanging at the club, quaffing a few brandies and talking about the plight of the everyday worker.”
”Gina wants to help them so much, she wants to lift them up by taking away such burdens as minimum wage.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, we’re having a little soiree for Gina and I must make sure the caviar is at room temperature.”
