Opposition leader, the Dark Lord Peter Dutton, has demanded that tax payers pony up more cash so he can continue to head overseas on his little jaunts, like the one he is currently on in India.
“Peter is doing great things in India,” said a Liberal party Spokesperson. ”Namely, he is staying away from Australia which allows the Australian people to forget just how unelectable he is.”
”Everyone wins really, well except for the Indians who have to deal with him.”
When asked why an Opposition leader was overseas pretending to deal with foreign policy, the Liberal party Spokesperson said: ”Well Albo can’t make it to all the countries so Peter thought he’d lend a hand.”
”Besides, Gina Rinehart asked him to pick up a few things for her overseas, you know some duty free Kahlua a uranium trade deal or two, the usual.”
“Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to pick up Pete at the airport, he’ll beat me with a stick if I’m late.”
