The Opposition’s shadow Treasurer (yep, really), Angus Taylor, has proudly told his colleagues that he did a meme about his opponent, Treasurer Jim Chalmers.

”Angus was very proud to successfully post a meme and from the right account as well,” said a Coalition colleague. ”He’s really kicking goals this year Angus.”

”And he’s kicking them at the right end this time.”

When asked why the shadow Treasurer spent more time making meme’s than asking questions of the Treasurer in Question Time, the Coalition Colleague said: ”You’ve gotta walk before you run you know.”

”Besides, Angus has a very important job during Question Time, he’s in charge of guarding the bee.”

”It’s a a job only special members of Parliament get, Barnaby used to have this job but he kept getting too distracted after learning it was a Queen bee.”

”Now, if you’ll excuse me, it’s almost lunch time and I need to get some entrails and gizzards for Peter Dutton’s lunch.”
