Opposition leader and part-time member for Dixon, Peter Dutton, has made an emergency dash to Paris after mining magnate, Gina Rinehart, complained that her shoes need cleaning.
”Gina is such an important person and I pledge that any Government I lead will always be available to her,” said Peter Dutton as he dashed through customs at Brisbane airport. ”It’s ridiculous that I’m making this journey instead of Prime Minister Albanese.”
”Can you believe that Gina said jump and Albo didn’t ask how high?”
When asked why he was constantly heading overseas or across the country sometimes at the whims of billionaires like Rinehart, the Opposition leader said: ”I reject the premise of that assumption and condemn you for it.”
”Heading to Paris to shine Gina’s shoes is perfectly reasonable.”
”I’m sure the Australian swim team would agree with me.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, my flight is boarding and I want to pick up some garlic bread and tuna to munch on during the flight.”
