Australian Opposition leader, Donald Dutton, has reacted angrily to calls to release more polices, screaming at journalists that he will do so as soon as his mentor Donald Trump does.
”The Australian people need to know that I will do what is best for Gina, err, I mean them,” said a frustrated Dutton. ”How can they expect me to be out there announcing detailed policies when I have errands to run for Gina, and insults to throw at Albo.”
”When I become PM things will change.”
When asked why, given that an election is less than three months away he is yet to release any fully costed policies, the Opposition leader said: ”You people are unbelievable!”
”Journalists of Australia need to understand that when I talk they report. There will be no questions, just nodding heads and glowing write ups.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, it’s been a stressful day so I’m off to relax by strangling a puppy or two.”
