The Albanese Government is considering responding to the Trump administration’s tariffs on Australian steel and aluminium by placing a tariff on the Kardashian family.
”We were initially against retaliatory tariffs as the consumer is the one who pays the price,” said Treasurer Jim Chalmers. ”However, when it comes to the Kardashians does anyone care about the people who consume whatever it is that they produce?”
When reached for comment on Australia’s retaliatory tariffs on the Kardashians, a spokesperson for the United States’ Government said: ”You attack our Kardashians and we will go after your Hemsworths’.”
”Australia needs to learn that we hit you with tariffs not because we hate you, but really, we love you.”
”Now, why don’t you guys go and put on something nice and make us a sandwich.”
