ABC management have sent out a memo to all staff with an offer for grief counselling to any staff who may need it, should the ABC’s favourite politician, Peter Dutton, lose this weekend’s federal election.
”The relationship between the ABC and Peter Dutton is a definite one of love, hate,” said an ABC insider. ”Some in the ABC like Speersy and PK love the man, but Dutts, yeah, he hates us.”
”To be fair the dude does hate most people, that aren’t billionaires.”
When asked why the ABC were so keen to platform Peter Dutton over seemingly all other politicians, the ABC insider said: ”Well, Peter Dutton says just rolls so easily off the tongue.”
”Under ScoMo every day there was a news story, Albo not so much.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, we’re doing a whip around to get a little gift for Peter before he goes, want to chip in?”
