Prime Minister Scotty from marketing has announced that in an effort to stimulate the economy his Government will be granting the countries pensioners $1000 dollars to be used on renovating their franking credits.
”My Government is here to get things going and give a go to those who have a go,” said Prime Minister Scotty. ”I got the cabinet together and we thought what better way to get things going than to give the pensioners some cash to spend on their franking credits.”
”I tell you, Bill Shorten wouldn’t have done this.”
When asked whether his Government had given any thought to helping bail out the struggling arts and entertainment industries, Prime Minister Scotty said: ”You will not find a bigger supporter of the arts than my Government.”
”That is why I am pleased to announce that I will be directing funding towards both the AFL and NRL footy shows end of year revues so that they can tour regional Australia.”
”As well I will be directing the police force to cut buskers a little bit of slack for the next couple of weeks.”
