Aspiring Minister for Home Affairs Barnaby Joyce has told colleagues how excited he was to learn that Parliament house is now doing Taco Tuesdays with a free milkshake.
”Let me tell you there is no bigger fan of the old fish taco than one Barnaby Thomas Gerard Joyce,” said the Member for New England. ”I could think of nothing better than a good frothy milkshake to wash down a nice big fish taco.”
”I tell ya everything is coming up Barnaby, that’s for sure.”
When asked what he told his many, many children about the issue of consent, the Member for New England said: ”Consent? What’s that got to do with tacos or milkshakes?”
”Look, I’m an old fashioned type of guy who sees a pretty staffer reaching for a taco and I say hey good looking, want some cream to go with your taco?”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, George Christensen is trying to get me to try some Philippino tacos, apparently they’re cheaper than the Australian ones.”
