Interim NSW Premier Dominick Perrotet has told colleagues that he is relying on the State’s dodgy public transport system to keep him in power. With the thinking being that people can’t vote if they can’t travel.
”It’s a bold strategy by the Premier,” said a member of the Macquarie street press pack. ”To be fair though, it’s probably the only one he’s got left, as his previous strategy of relying on Labor to stuff up hasn’t come to fruition.”
When reached for comment on his election strategy the interim Premier said: ”Sorry, it’s a really bad line I’m struggling to hear you.”
”Hang on, I’ll try and move to a better spot, can you hear me now?”
”Maybe it’s best if we meet up in person, I’ll call you back with my address.”
