Opposition leader, Peter Dutton, has come out in defence of his shadow minister for home affairs, Barnaby Joyce, after the member for New England spent parliamentary question time throwing slurs and abuse at the Prime Minister.
”Gina Rinehart thinks very highly of Barnaby so therefore I think very highly of Barnaby,” said the Opposition leader. ”Why just the other day, Gina said Barnaby was one of the best politicians that money could buy.”
”That’s a big wrap, as there are a lot of us who can be bought.”
When asked why he sat by and watched his team act like petulant children, the Opposition leader said: ”How dare you besmirch my, sorry, Gina’s hand picked team.”
‘If snot face Albanese can’t take a little ribbing or having his head flushed down the toilet then he needs to toughen up.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to steal Julian Hill’s lunch money.”
