Acting Prime Minister Scotty from marketing has defended his controversial candidate for Warringah and their abhorrent anti-trans gender views by calling for those who oppose her to show some tolerance.
”The people of Australia are sick of people who are being persecuted against complaining about it,” said the PM. ”Poor Katherine Deves wants to live in a World where she can criticise whoever she wants and do so with parliamentary privilege.”
”Besides, the Trans community should be thankful that Katherine only wants to ban them from sport. In other countries they could be shot.”
When asked why he would personally chose a candidate with such divisive and appalling views on the LGBTQ+ community, the Prime Minister said: ”I reject the premise of your question.”
”Katherine is entitled to her opinion, you know this is Australia and Australians are always big fans of Australians.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, one of my candidates in a rural seat has invited me to a rally and asked that I bring along a sheet to wear over my head. Must be some sort of lodge type of initiation.”
