Dutton’s Plan To Unite The Country By Destroying The Coalition Coming Along Nicely

Opposition leader (for now) Peter Dutton’s plan to unite the country by destroying the Coalition is coming along nicely. With news today that his shadow immigration and indigenous affairs Minister Julian Lesser was standing down over the party’ position on the voice.

”Appointing Dutts leader wasn’t without risk,” said a Liberal party insider. ”We thought we might lose a few inner city types who stuck with us instead of the Teals.”

”But we didn’t expect to lose members and bloody seats, he lost Aston for Howard’s sake.”

When asked why the party was going against the National sentiment and campaigning against the Voice, the Liberal insider said: ”Well Sky News is against the Voice and they have their finger on the pulse.”

”Well, the pulse of Rupert Murdoch that is, not the public’s, I mean have you seen how low their ratings are?”

”Anyway, got to run, we’re doing some focus group testing on Angus Taylor as a potential leader. Geez, things have gotten dire haven’t they.”
