Dutton Demands Indigenous Australians Apologise For Rising Mortgage Costs

Opposition leader (for now) Peter Dutton has demanded that Indigenous Australians apologise to the Nation’s mortgage holders over the rise in interest rates seen over the last year.

”Before we started talking about the Voice interest rates were low and manageable,” said Opposition leader Dutton. ”Now, interest rates are up and good honest hard-working Anglo Australians are struggling to get by.”

”Where’s their voice to parliament?”

When asked if he was seriously blaming Indigenous Australians for rising mortgage costs, the interim Opposition leader said: ”No, I am blaming Anthony Albanese for focusing on Indigenous Australians at the expense of others.”

”I mean why isn’t he out there being more like ScoMo?”

”Where’s his multiple ministries scandal, or dodgy ministers, surely he has an Alan Tudge like character on his front bench.”

”Now, if you’ll excuse me, it’s been a trying week so I’m off home to strangle a few puppies to relax.”
