Dutton Defends Never Attending Garma, Saying: ”I’ve Arrested Heaps Of Indigenous Kids”

Opposition leader (for now) Peter Dutton has defended the fact that he has never attended the Garma festival, telling colleagues that he has arrested plenty of indigenous people in his time.

”A lot is being made that Pete has never been to Garma, walked out on the apology and is going hard against the Voice,” said a Liberal party insider. ”But, these actions are really throwing red meat to our base.”

”Just a pity that our base is so tiny.”

When asked why the Leader of the Opposition was so against Indigenous people, the Liberal party spokesperson said: ”Pete is not just against Indigenous people, he’s against a lot of people.”

”You should see him arc up when someone mentions refugees around him.”

‘”Anyway, got to head off, Pete’s attending a rally and he asked me to buy some white pillow cases.”
