Former deputy Prime Minister and self confessed families man Barnaby Joyce has gone from being skeptical of the Government’s covid-19 tracking app to becoming a convert after discovering Tinder.
“I’ve never been a fan of the Government being a big part of my life, especially when they meddle in my affairs,” said Mr Joyce. ”But you know I went on to the app store and discovered Tinder and I must saw, I’m a fan.”
“It’s great, I get to keep track of all the local ladies in my electorate and make sure they are safe from covid-19. It’s also a great chance for me to swab one or two of them, if you know what I mean.”
When reached for comment on Barnaby Joyce’s sudden enthusiasm for apps, Prime Minister Scott Morrison said: ”It’s good to see Barnaby embracing technology and keeping himself busy.”
”The good thing about Tinder is that we are able to keep a track of him by the number of sexual harassment claims that we receive.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to buy Barnaby a new phone as he’s swiped through his old one.”
