Former deputy Prime Minister and aspiring Minister for Home Affairs Barnaby Joyce has chided NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian for sleeping with her colleague rather than a staffer.
”If Gladys was lonely and looking for love I wish she would have called me,” said the former deputy Prime Minister. ”I mean not for you know that, but I could have just told her to bang a staffer.”
”Not a bloody colleague, I mean I tried once to have a crack at a colleague but let me tell you they don’t call her Shooter McKenzie for nothing you know.”
When asked whether he felt the NSW Premier should resign, Barnaby Joyce said: ”Ah, look, I don’t like to meddle in other peoples affairs, last time I did that I got a little bundle of Joyce.”
”But, let me just say the NSW Premier has my full support and I am there for her, if she needs a shoulder to cry on our just someone to give her a hug.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to book Hooters for the Nationals end of year Christmas party.”
