Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt has written to ABC Chairperson Ita Buttrose to demand that all ABC staff are branded with Liberal party logos before broadcasting live to the nation.
”It’s time those lefties at the ABC show a bit of loyalty to the party that pays their way,” said an agitated Hunt. ”I mean the nerve of that Rowland fellow this morning daring to ask me a question.”
”He’s lucky it was me and not the Dark lord Peter Dutton himself.”
When asked why the Government was seemingly so anti-ABC, Minister Hunt said: ”We are not anti-ABC we just want them to report in a fair and balanced manner much like those fine chaps at News Corp do.”
”That Bolt fellow he is switched on and Miranda Devine she has her finger on the pulse.”
”In fact they are doing such a bang up job I might give them some of the ABC’s budget as a thank you.”
