Dutton Comes Up With Another Excuse Not To Release His Nuclear Costings, Something About Christmas Or Albo

Policy bereft Opposition leader, Peter Dutton, has held a press conference in which he has provided another excuse as to why he has not released any details on his pie in the sky plan to bring nuclear power to Australia. The excuse was something about Christmas or Anthony Albanese (we weren’t really listening).

”Australians want to hear about about my plan for nuclear power and I want to tell them all about it, but the Prime Minister won’t let me speak,” said the Opposition leader. ”He keeps trying to silence me, but, I won’t be silenced, I will speak out about the Albanese Government whenever I have the chance.”

”And if that means I have to forego releasing details of my nuclear plan in order to speak out against being silenced then so be it.”

When asked how the Prime Minister was trying to silence him, the Opposition leader said: ”Christmas for a start, he could’ve moved it to January to give us more time to hold press conferences.”

”What has Anthony Albanese got to hide?”

”Thankfully the Daily Telegraph and Herald Sun will be running a special lift-out talking all about this subject.”

”As well, Bridget has dictated a nice hit piece for her side piece, Simon Benson, to publish in the Australian.”
