Australia’s Prime Minister Scotty from marketing has announced his parties new slogan for the upcoming federal election, with the party going with: ”It’s not a lie if you believe it.”
”I’m not saying that an election will happen any day now, but you know, sooner or later Australians will get the chance to vote,” said the PM. ”So, until that day I will do all I can, whether it be kiss babies, pose in hi-vis or re-hash Bill Shorten’s electric vehicle policies.”
”Australians can be reassured that their PM is there for them, until at least the next election.”
When asked why he thought that it’s not a lie if you believe it was an appropriate campaign slogan, the PM said: ”I reject the premise of your question.”
”Who are you going to believe, your dearly loved PM ScoMo or Albo, heck Albo isn’t even his real name, it’s short for Albanese.”
”Makes you think what else does he have to hide.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to make sure Jen has washed my orange hi-vis for tomorrow’s photo shoot, I wore yellow today so it’s good to mix it up.”
