With NSW plunged into an extra week of lockdown, Australians have been left to wonder what piece of crap Bunnings project the PM has been working on during the last 5 days, during which the nation has heard nothing from its leader.
”You’d think the PM would have said something to wish NSW well during this time,” said Shire Resident Peter Meisel. ”But he hasn’t even sent out a tweet in the last week. Not even a Facebook post!”
”Not sure what he’s working on at home – maybe extending his chook shed or building a granny flat? One thing’s for sure – it’s not a vaccination plan!”
When reached for comment on the PM’s whereabouts, a spokesperson for Mr Morrison said: ”The PM is a very busy person.”
”I can’t at this stage reveal what he has been working on, but let’s just say there is a high likelihood that it will break the internet.”
