Australia’s Member for Manila George Christensen has begged the PM to move the planned Australia New Zealand travel bubble from New Zealand to the Philippines.
”The PM needs to get his head in the game and focus on what’s important, like getting people back to the Philippines,” said the Member for Manila. ”For Christ’s sake some of us haven’t been to a ping pong show in at least a year.”
”What sort of country are we living in?”
When asked why he felt that getting people back to the Philippines should be the Government’s number one priority, rather than, say, getting the country vaccinated, the Member for Manila said: ”Think of all those poor lonely men who have spent the last year trawling the internet looking for love, rather than crawling the streets of Manila looking for a game of ping pong!”
”It makes the heart break! So, if Scotty doesn’t do something, then I will have to take action and move to the crossbench, thus, plunging the Government into minority then so be it.”
”Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to Rebel Sport to stock up on ping pong balls in anticipation of Scotty seeing things my way.”
